That is not because we see ourselves as a “business enterprise” but because we make it our business to keep our children at the centre of everything we do.  Our focus is consistently on offering them a holistic provision which excites, stimulates and nurtures every individual.  Ultimately, we want all of our children to leave our schools confident, flourishing and with the skills and knowledge to be able to have personal agency and make informed decisions about their future lives.  We don’t believe in ceilings to achievement or barriers which can’t be overcome, but we DO believe in “Excellence Every Day” and a community where everyone belongs, a “no excuses” culture and a commitment to provide every child who attends our schools with a fantastic educational experience!”

Can you ask everyone else to review their one too and make sure it is focused on our schools, our trust, the here and now and not their career backgrounds as we are moving away from this model.
